My dear Miss Dunbar:
I have today examined Miss Nimmer as per your request
dated January 18, 1943. My delay in this examination
was occasioned by my being out of town until two days
ago.
I find Miss Nimmer in excellent health and am recom-
mending her for foreign service.

You will observe my notation regarding the slight, soft,
systolic murmur in the central area of the precardium.
There is no evidence of cardiac embarrassment and in
my opinion this soft murmur is of no clinical signifi-

cance and should not be a determent to her appointment
as a Red Cross Nurse.
If I can be of any further service, please let me know.
