My dear Miss Beeby:
Replying to your letter of July 12th, I
knew I must take care of it at once as I am leaving for a
week's vacation on Saturday.
It is harder to write a descriptive paragraph
of thirty or forty words than an article of twelve hundred
words, so I apologize for running slightly over on the attached.
It was difficult to write because I do not know enough about
the caption or the descriptive paragraphs on the other slides,
so you may do what you like with the attached and my feelings
will not be hurt.
