and all the field staff,managers, nurses,cannot have too much said in their
praise. Their work has been conscientiously done, many time amid great
difficulties. There hasebeen no hint of scandal connected with anyone in the
Commission (at least not that I have heard. No one accused of any dishonesty.

Of the Headquarters Staff too much cannot be said. Everyone had the
feeling that they are our loyal supposters. Mrs. Heilman has done a fine
piece of work and is a splendid type of representative woman. She has carried

her work with dignity and unquestionable loyalty. Of me and my nork little can be
said. Except that I as here and acted as Mrs.Heilman's assistant.
