I have left this open so you my soe the contents. I am also enclosing the efficionay (6) report and the record of duty shests. Innamich the your record of duty and the othor membors of the Unit,begin in Nem York, will you give one to onch asking her to fill in the information. I think there is nothing else that wa noed sema to Mrs. Heilman. A question recently ruised, however, by her, was whether we had developad a book, or whether wo where-such a work had been developed, that dealt with the organiza- tion of refugee comps. 1 I do not recall whe ther I anavered this question, but will you tell her that ao far We have note If we ean get off some uniforms, will you not let Mrs. Heilman know what vre are doing in this direction, as I am sure the who have been in Europe for aomo timo are in of proper unifoms and I should like to 300 the unit proporly and carofully dressed.
