I, the undersigned, an applicant for a passport to enable
me to go to France under the auspices of The American Red Cross,
solemnly swear that I have no near male relatives serving in the
armed forces of the United States or serving in France in a civilian
capacity attached to the American Expeditionary Forces or to a roliof
or hospital organization - oxcopt a brother who is serving in tho
I furthor solcmnly swear that I am going to Franco solcly
as a Red Cross workor; that I will make no offort to visit my brother
in Franco und or any conditions and that it is not my intention to
marry an officer or soldicr in tho Amorican Expoditionary Forces
aftor my arrival in France.
