Miss Rosa Marie Schladweiler,
1709 Washington Avenue,
St. Louis, Missouri.
My dear Miss Schladweiler:
In connection with the recent transfer of the
Midwestern Branch Area Committee responsibilities to National
Headquarters, Mrs. Vaughan recently sent us your Committee
record card, explaining that it had been held in her office
in view of the fact that you are an itinerant nurse, working
out of the Branch Office.
As we do not follow the practice of retaining
the Committee record cards of itinerant nurses here at National
Headquarters, we are at this time placing it on file with our
Rochester, Minnesota Local Committee, of which Miss Lyla Mae
Olson, Kahler Hospital, Rochester, is the Secretary, and which
has jurisdiction over your permanent address as given in your
last questionnaire on file.
As it is now time for all nurses to fill in their
1932 questionnaires, we are taking this opportunity to send you
a form which we will appreciate having you fill in and return
for our files.
