Dear Miss Smith:-
will you please fill out and send to us
as promptly as possible the two blanks and #2 card which I
am enclosing. Miss Gardner wants to arrange for your appoint-
ment in the near future but cannot do so until you are
regularly enrolled both in the Red Cross and with us.
You will see from this the necessity for returning the
blenkta imadiately.
