Dear Miss Stones
Miss Petersos bes referred your letter regarding overtime to me.
Me realize a grest deal of overtime was given during your assiga-
ment to Kidvestern ares and we will be very gled to grant these
five days as overtime. Since Kiss Ginseatad is very eager to have
you report back by the 16th, ve will count the time this week as
overtime end next week will be counted on your annual leave. Thia
will meen that whim you transfer to Dieaster Sarvico you will corry
another wenk of annual lesve with you.
We are enclosing a leave card for the ona weck of ennual leave which
we shall appreciste your signing and roturning to Heley,
