Gentlemen:
Purchase Order F-3012
Instructions 1 and 7
OVERCOATS for Hiss Bleanor Wikkelsen and Niss Marjory B. Storey
Reference is made to your letter of July 27th regarding the two overcoats
we requested to be shipped on the above Purchase Order F-3012, which ori Iginal
Purchase Order covers thirty (30) Red Cross Harvard Unit Nurses blouses and
skirts only.
We should have given you a covering purchase order for these two
overcoats.
Please therefore consider this your authority to antend our present
order F-3012 to include these two overcoats. If and when we need additional
overcoats, we will notify you accordingly. Up to the present time, we have
no information advising us that there will be additional overcoats required,
as I previously informed you there is a possibility of the Goverment taking
over this unit and the order is still S tatus quo.
Tie will pass on to you any information we receive just as soon as it
is available.
We note the price of making these overcoats, using our cloth is
$39.25 each.
