Badger SUBJECT FROM You will recall while in Washington, I called at your desk the last day and mentioned a letter which had been sent by one of the enrolled Red Cross nurses to Captain Weder. I was puzzled as to how to handle the since the letter borders on is much matter in it which is the truth. I would impertinence, question interview the although ability the there of our committee member in the region of El Centro to nurse satisfactorily about this. I am sending a copy of the letter to our nursing consultant, but it may be some time before she is able to be near that community.
