Under date of December 13, we advised you
that we were recording the annullment of the Special
Enrollment of Miss Mary Taylor, Grand Rapids, Michigan
Local Committee, inasmuch as she was no longer serving
as Red Cross Public Health Nurse and Instructor of Classes
In Home Hygiene and Care of the Sick. We requested you
to send us Miss Taylor's #2 card and 5 X 8 status card
for our records but up to this time they have not been
received. We will appreciate it if you will send us
Miss Taylor's records without further delay as we are
anxious to make our final records and close this case.
