He has\ninformed me that you will be sent two checke - your\nsalary check for September, and a separate check cover-\ning your salary to October 21st. I hope that this will\nbe satisfactory to you.\nI have not forwarded your letter to Miss Noyes, as we\nare not sending any mail on to her unless it is\nparticularly urgent. She has a very busy time ahead of\nher - is scheduled to speak twice at the Convention, and\nalso to sttend/to be given her by the Third District\nNurses of Missouri. From St. Louie she goes to Selma,\nAlabama, to take part in the State Nursest Meeting) and\nI am anxious not to have her concerned with anything here\nat National Headquarters which can await her return.\nI felt this explanation was due you.\nI read with interest the notice which you sent Mise No yes\nabout the Exhibit of Bulgarian Handiwork, and hope it will\nbe very successful and net you a good sum for the\nBulgarian Nurses' Associ tion.\nWe have been BO interested in Miss Noyes' account of her\nEuropean travels, and I realize that there is still a\ngreat deal she has not told us.
