My dear Miss Torrance:-
We are in receipt of a letter from the Division of Publications and
Supplies, Department of Labor, enclosing three five-cent stamps which were for-
warded by you in payment of postage for certain pamphlets requested from that
Department. I understand that the copies have been forwarded, but the stamps
were returned to us with the request that we f rward them to you.
