Miss Ethel Trainor #15,337, whose papers were sent in some time
ago but was unable to go into service as she had brothers in the
service. We found her loyalty report on file in the Bureau of
Personnel, so am sending it this day. She is very anxious to go
into immediate foreign service.
Am very glad that Miss Petersen has been transferred to the
Southern Division as she,too, is anxious to get in service.
