If the nurses\nonly had a proper rank, I do not think this kind of thing would\nhappen.\nI\nknow you will do everything in your power for her,\nfor iI feel she needs help immediately.\nIt was very delightful to have a chat with Miss Noyes.\nShe has cleared up many difficulties in our minds, and I think\nwe will be able to work more intelligently from now on in recruiting\nnurses for the Red Cross.
