The Smith-Gray Uniform Corgoration of New York should have your
uniform ready for you. If you have not received it by Monday noon, it
would be wise to contact them. We expect that your white uniforms will
be delivered to you before Monday noon. If they are not, wire us at
once to this effect.
American Red Cross representative should not carry any papers or
belongings which may not be shown to the public authorities in the countries
through or in which they are traveling and they should willingly and
courteously comply sith all requests to do 80.
For obvious reasons you are specially requested not to divulge to
anyone the date or chip on which you expect to sail. You should not
show the ship's name on any tags or labels attached to your luggage;
simply specify "A Ship".
Do not wear your uniforms enroute to the port of embarkation or
in boarding the ship. We will be less conspicuous in civilian clothes.
Please return the enclosed priority application blanks properly
filled out, immediately. All three sheets must be signed. Questions
#5, c.d.e of #7 and 19 need not be answered. The remaining unanswered
questions on all three copies must be filled in.

P.S. I have just learned that your white uniforms will not be ready.
nill you bring your own. Ir you do not have any please buy 4 white
cotton short sleeve conservative uniforms. The Red Cross will re-
imburse you for these. Please attach the receipts for these uniforms
to your voucher slip.
