AMERICAN NATIONAL RED CROSS
a
Northwestern Division Inter-Office Letter
a
Seattle, Wash., August 6,192C
To
Miss Clare D. Noyes,
Director-Department of Nursing.
From
Miss Grace Harrington
Referradito
Director-Department of Nursing.
Subject
Am sorry the efficiency report of Miss Annie
2 3738
Laurie Williams was late in reaching you. That occurred on
3W25
account of the report being held up in Vladivostok for re-
consideration. We are sorry that it did not reach you sooner,
and it may be that Miss Williams report from the Serbian
Relief Committee will be very satisfactory. Certainly we
hope so, because personally I like Miss Williams very much.
I do not feel that she is a reliable person to have in an
organization. Siberia may have affected her differently
We admit that many of us were not normal in that country.
I hope that her service with the Serbian Relief Committee
will be indeed most satisfactory.
