Miss Harriet 0. Wilson
Plymouth, Wisconsin
My dear Miss Wilson:
Your request for a copy of your Service Record
has been received. In referring to your folder I find
that on August 18th, 1932, a brief summary of your
services was sent to you, which no doubt is the record
you mention in your letter. I a.a, therefore, sending
you a copy of this statement, which really is the only
record we have, because the Red Cross had no formal
discharge papers issued to the nurses when they were
released from service. Your records show that you were
released after every obligation on the part of the Red
Cross had been cared for.
Perhaps this second statement will serve
your purpose.
With best wishes, I am,
Cordially yours,
Annabelle Petersen
Asst. to Director of Nursing
AP/tog
