NATIONAL COMMITTEE ON INSIGNIA, UNIFORMS, AND AWARDS

insignia, uniforms, and awards as may from time to time
be deemed wise and necessary; to fix and from time to
time amend the prices to be charged for such pins,
buttons, and other insignia as are to be sold to those
entitled to receive them; and to select the materials
and approve the designs for authorized American Red
Cross insignia.

The Committee now consists of the following members:
Mrs. William 0. Rowland, Jr. , Chairman, Mrs. Mason Colt,
Mr. James B. Iorgan, Mr. Charles H. Kellstadt, Mrs. Joe
Hume Gardner, Mr. Harold Houle, and Mr. Chester H. Whelden,
