2.
I\found on my deek when I returned to
the office a very delightful little strew bag which you had
brought to me. It is, indeed, a very pretty one and I know
I shall take pleasure in using it.
Let me know if I can be of service
to you, and also let me know whether you think it would be
a good thing for me to write to Dr. Melhorn on the subject
of reduction of Red Cross nursing personnel, and the desira-
bility of utilizing the services of the native nurses to a
larger extent in executive work. If, however, you would like
to experiment for S. time I feel sure you will ha e an oppor-
tunity for it is becoming more and more difficult to find just
the right type of nurse for the school.
With best wishes, I am
Very sincerely yours,
National Director,
N.H
Nursing Service.
