Genner judge\nthe it Remembered, That\non\nthe\n25\nday of Much\nin the\nyear of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and duxty num Jouhh Mallaison\nof conure u\nin said County of Litchfield, being an alien and a free white person,\nappeared in open Court, (the said Court being a Court of Record, having Common Law Jurisdiction, and\na Clerk and Seal,) and applied to be admitted to become a citizen of the United States. And the said\nthen exhibited to the Court a Certificate of the declaration of intention\nmade by him before\nIt Yo Bluke Cluk of the supers bount\nfor Fanfuca beunty\nand required as the first condition according to the first section of the Act of Congress entitled \"An Act to\nestablish an uniform rule of Naturalization, and to repeal the acts heretofore passed on that subject.\"\nApproved 14th of April, 1802, as follows:\nSTATE OF CONNECTICUT,\nCOUNTY OF Sitedfecence\n}\nss.\nthe it Remembered, That on the\n20\nday\nof leach\nSuperm\nA. D. 186% before the\nCourt, within and for said County,\nhaving Common Law jurisdiction, with a Clerk and a Seal, per-\nL.S.\nsonally appeared, Jonehh Mallinious\nof Comman ai Littelfered in cald\nCounty, who was boru in England\naged about\n36 years, and on oath did declare that\nit was bona fide his intention to become a CITIZEN OF THE\nUNITED STATES, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign Prince, Poten-\ntate, State and Sovereignty, whatever-and particularly to\nbectona drew\nof the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, of whom he is now a subject. In Testimony Where-\nof, I, If Y B lake\nClerk of said Coprt, have hereunto set my\nhand, and Seal of the said Court, the day and year aforesaid.\nbine Insa bire\nH. T.Blake\nClerk.\nAnd it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court, that said Jourh Mallinson has resided\nwithin the United States five years at least,\nwill batim\nand in the State of Connecticut one year at least, and that during said five years\nhe has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the\nUnited States, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same.
