March Term, 1851. 309 Be it Remembered, That on the 28th day of March of in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fiftyone Bernard Striblick of HanHford nmon in said County of Hartford, appeared in open Court, (the said Court being a Court of Record, having Common tates, Law Jurisdiction, and a Clerk and Seal,) and applied to be admitted to become a citizen of the United States. ertifi- And the said Bernard Atriclnic then exhibited to the Court a certifi- in the State of new gendey on the 16th day of October A.D.1848 cate of the Declaration of intention made by him before the bourt of Common Pleas " An as on file, and required as the first condition according to the first section of the Act of Congress entitled " An ject. " Act to establish an uniform rule of Naturalization, and to repeal the acts heretofore passed on that subject." Approved, 14th of April, 1802. And it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the said Stribbich t, and has resided within the United States five years at least, and in the State of Connecticut one year at least, and of the that during said five years he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. apport And the said Strieb rick having declared on oath, that he would support e and the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES, and that he did absolutely and entirely renounce and , and at abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any Foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Sovereignty, whatever, and particularly to the Grand Duke of Baden of whom he was before a subject. It was, therefore, considered by the Court, that ecome Bernard Atrielrick be, and he was accordingly admitted to become a Citizen of the UNITED STATES.
