And United each for himself, then and there declared, on oath, that it was, and for more than three years next previous to said date, had been his bona fide intention to become a citizen of the State, Sovereignty set against his name, of which he was before a subject. And it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that said applicant has resided within States, and absolutely and Government and entirely to renounce forever all allegiance to any Foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Sovereign whatever, and particularly to the Prince, Potentate, the United States five least, and three State of years at years next previous to his arriving at the age of twenty-one years, which happened on the day and year set against his name, and in the that he did disposed to and good order and happiness and of the same. And the said applicant having declared on oath that he would support the Constitution of the United States, and and well Connecticut, the one year at least, and that during said five years he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and Potentate, State, absolutely Sovereignty entirely and Government renounce set abjure as aforesaid all allegiance against and his fidelity name of to which any Foreign he was Prince, before a Potentate, subject. State It was and therefore Sovereignty considered whatever, by the and Court particularly that the said to applicant the Prince, be, he was accordingly admitted to become name.
