The following named persons, each for himself, on the day and date set against his name appeared in open Court and applied to be admitted to become a citizen of the United States.
And United each for himself, then and there declared, on oath, that it was, and for more than three years next previous to said date, had been his bona fide intention to become a citizen of the
State, Sovereignty set against his name, of which he was before a subject. And it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that said applicant has resided within
States, and absolutely and Government and entirely to renounce forever all allegiance to any Foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Sovereign whatever, and particularly to the Prince, Potentate,
