is the above-named applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of America ; that he was born

eight hundred and and emigrated to the United States, at the

in of Malecbury Camell A. D. Com 1 889, and that that he now he has resides arrived at No at the age of twenty-one years; Street, that
he has resided continuously within the United States since June 1889 and
continuously within the State of Connecticut since same 1896 and that said applicant
did on the

day of January 1,905 before the undersigned
declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any
foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of
said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further
deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a
member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all or-
ganized government, nor does he advocate of or teach individuals the duty, necessity. or of officers or propriety generally, of the of the unlawful Government assaulting of
or the killing United of States any officer or of or any officers, other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he
either
specific
violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens
into the United States," approyed March 3, 1903.

No. 23 Hooster Std Street, in sang atuck State of Connecticut, and is by
of the personally
acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has
known him for the past eight years, to wit, from January 1847
to and January that he resides at No 141 southclus that occupation Street, in waterbery of Come
1905 his is that
that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continugusly within the limits /and under the juris-
diction of the United States of America since. June January 197 and continuously
within
residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character,
State of Connecticut since June you 1999 and that during the said time of his
attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and
happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve
in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization en-
tertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach,
the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific in-
dividuals or of,officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government,
