known him for the past

that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the juris-

residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character,
attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and
happinees of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve
in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization en-
tertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach,
