Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a mem- ber of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Sworn to before me, this 26 day of. Dent 19 org Applicant. Temithy Clerk. being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No 427 Rail Road Street, in natisting State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a strop pand that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past years, to wit: From april 900 to Light 906 that his occupation is that of shop hund and that he resides at No Pb Machington Street, in diction of the United States of America since. Myral 1200 and continuously within that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the juris- State of Connecticut since april 1940 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happinees of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization en- tertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach, the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
