121 SPLURIBUS SOLDIERS. United States of America. District Court of Waterbury, within and for the District of Waterbury, in the County of New Haven, State of Connecticut. PRLI ATION OF albert Portman | To be Admitted a Citizen of the United States of America. By occupation albert being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the above-named applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United America; that he was born in on or about the 8th day of reomu in the year one 1882 and emigrated to the United States, Aunding at the Port of, of, new A. D. in the 895 State and of that new he now York Oresides at No on or 100 about the Burton 830 Street, day in that he has arriged at the age of twenty-one years that he has resided continuously within the United States since November 895 and continuously - hin the State of Connecticut since november 895 that on the x day of, A. D. 1900 he enlisted in the armies of the United States and thereafter on the 30th day of, 904 was honorably discharged therefrom. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government. nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other or- ganized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entltled 'An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approyed March 3, 1903. 21 Sestember 19 06 Albert Partman Sworn to before me, this Aday of Linford truct Clerk. Which Karuse being Adul sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No 25, someonews occupation a that Street, he is in a citizen Watering of the United Stat of America, State of and Connecticut, personally and acquaint- is by ed with the above-pamed applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States and has known him for the past, to sintember sew years, to wit, from 895 906 that his occupation is that of, and that he resides at No 100 nurtin Street, in that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of Ameriça since, invember and continuously within State of Connecticut since, november 895 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as à man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such dis- belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unla assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliensinto the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
