To all People to whom these Presents shall come, GREETING:

NOW YE, That at the SECOND DISTRICT COURT of Eastern Worcester, holden at Clinton,
within the County of Worcester, on the fourth
day of nebruary
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety- fine
Alfred W. Strang
of
Clinton
in said County of Worcester, and
within the district of said Court, an alien, made his declaration on oath before said Court, that he
was born at Sunersede
in the County of Ginge
in Prince Eolcandedsand
on or about
the seventh day of oraveer in the year one thousand eight
hundred and sixtysix and is now about twentyeight years of age; that he
arrived at Boston
in the State of mass
, in the United States
of America, on or about the twenty eightheary of Nay
in the year one
thousand eight hundred and eightynine ; that it is his bona fide
intention to become a
Citizen of the United States of America, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to any
foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty, whatever, and particularly to Victoria, Queen of
the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland,
whose subject he has heretotore been He therefore prays that his said Declaration and Intention
may become a Record of said Court, according to the forms of the Statutes in such cases made and
provided, and it is therefore ordered by the Court that the Record thereof be made accordingly.
In Eestimony Mbereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
the seal of said Court, at Clinton, in said County, this
fourth
day of Salanary A. D.
