PETITION OF ALFONSO ARMINIO.
TO THE HONORABLE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS FOR
NEW HAVEN COUNTY:
The subscriber, Alfonso Arminio, of New Haven, County
of New Haven, State of Connecticut, respectfully repre-
sents that:
1. On the 4th day of October, nineteen hundred and
four your petitioner appeared before the Court of Common
Pleas for New Haven County, and made application to be
admitted a citizen of the United States of America.
2. The application of the petitioner was duly
accepted, and entered of record on the 4th day of October,
1904.
3. The petitioner took the oath of allegiance to the
United States of America and renounced all allegiance and
fidelity to every Prince, Potentate, State, or sovereign
whatever, and particularly to the King of Italy.
4. The petitioner having produced satisfactory evid-
ence and affidavits, and having maile the declarations and
renunciations required by law, and the affidavits of the
applicant and his witnesses having been duly recorded, it
was ordered by said Court that the petitioner be admitted
to be a citizen of the United States of America on the
fourth day of October, 1904.
5. Through a clerical error or mistake the name of
your petitioner was misspelled and erroneously entered
upon the Naturalization Records of said Court, and upon
the Certificate of Naturalization issued to your petitioner.
