Frank Cerro new -Haren being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at 36 yoh Street, in State of Connectient, and is by occupation a latner that he is personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known hrim for the past 15 years ; that his occupation is that of Carpenter Street, in new Haven and that he resides at No. 91 Oah that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since may 889 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since may 1889 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in 80 far as he knows, is informed or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the gov- ernment of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled An Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
