Beagun Guernere being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at Street, in menden State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a policeman that he is personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past 6 years ; that his occupation is that of shoe maher and that he resides at No. 401 Center Street, in menden that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since June June 1900 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since 1900 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity propriety of the unlawful assaulting or or killing of any officer officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the or ernment of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any gov- of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled An Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. D. 900, and that he now resides at No. 401 Center "Street, in the citio meyden day of January that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years ; that he has resided continuously within the United States since 1900 , and continuously within the State of Connecticut since January 1900 ; it MSO appearing do this January Court that said applicant arrived in the United States of America before attaining tothe age of eighteen years and that he has continued to reside therein thence hitherto-and he now here on oath declares that for two years last past, it has been and now is bona fide his intention to become a citizen of the United States and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to every Foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatsoever, etc. Applicant further deposes and says : that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled 'An Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
