Roeco De Lamenta being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at Street, in Dearly State of Counecticut, and is by occupation a lalan that he ia personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him forthe past 9 years ; that his occupation is that of latorer and that he resides at No. Street, in Derly that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since June 895 and continuously within and the State of Connecticut since States and within the State, he as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of June 1895 andChat during the said time of his residence within the United United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization the entertaining or teaching such belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the or ernment of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any gov. of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled An Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. D. 1895 and that he now resides at No. Street, in the Form. of Desly day of may that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years ; that he has resided continuously within the United States since may 895 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since may 1895 it also appearing to this Court that said applicant arrived in the United States of America before attaining to the age of eighteen years and that he has continued to reside therein thence hitherto-and he now here on oath declares that for two years last past, it has been and now is bona fide his intention to become a citizen of the United States and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to every Foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatsoever, etc. Applicant further deposes and says : that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled An Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March Sworn to before me this 26 day of Octoter 004 3, 1903. The above-named the Act of applicant having applied to be admitted Congress of the United States, entitled An Act to Establish an Uniform Rule of Naturalization," pursuant etc., passed April 14, 1802, and the a Citizen of the United States to the directions of of Acts subsequently passed on that subject, and to the directions of the Act of Congress entitled An Act to Regulate the Immigration affidavils Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903, and appearing personally in Court, producing such evidence and and making such declarations and renunciations, and taking such oaths as are by the said Acts required, and it appearing to the Court that the said affidavits of the applicant and his witness were duly made and recorded, it is Oeflexed by the said Court that the said applicant be admitted to be a Citizen of the United States of America Edmin S.
