Daniel Scarpa being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at Street, in Derly State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a elesh that he is personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past 8 years ; that his occupation is that of latorer and that he resides at No. Street, in Leerly that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since July may 1896 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since 1901 , and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the gov- ernment of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled An Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Gurseippe Crocamo being duly sworn, depeses and says, that he is the above-named applicant for admission as a citizen of the United States of America ; that he was born in Italy on the 9 clai york in the year one thausand eight hundred and seventy nure day of July , and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of in the State of new your on or about the 4 A. D. 1896 and that he now resides at No. day of may that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years ; that he has resided continugusly within the United States since Street, in the Toun of Dechy July may 1896 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since 1901 ; it also appearing to this Court that said applicant arrived in the United States of America before attaifing to the age of eighteen years and that he has continued to reside therein thence hitherto-and he now here on oath declares that for two years last past, it has been and now is bona fide his intention to become a citizen of the United States and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to every Foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatsoever, etc. Applicant further deposes and says : that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled An Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Congress above-hamed applicant having applied to be admitted a Citizen of the United States pursuant to the directions of the Act of Acts subsequently United States, entitled " An Act Establish Uniform Naturalization," passed April 14, 1802, and the of the to an Rule of etc., of Aliens passed on that subject, and to the directions of the Act of Congress entitled " An Act to Regulate the Immigration and into the United States," approved March 3, 1903, and appearing personally in Court, producing such evidence and affidavits that making such declarations and renunciations, and taking such oaths as are by the said Acts required, and it appearing to the Court the said affidavits of the applicant and his witness were duly made and recorded, it is Oedexed by the said Court that the said applicant be admitted to be a Citizen of the United States of America.
