Frank Hobarteh being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at Street, in Deily State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a lather personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him that heia past 8 vears : that his occupation is that of mechane and that he resides at No. for the Street, in berly that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since may State of Connecticut since may 896 , and that during the said time of his residence within the 1896 and continuously within and the States and within the State, he has behaved ash man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution United United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. D. 1896 and that he now resides at No. that he has arrived Street, within the in the United 10 Form day of of early may at the age of twenty-one years; that he has resided continuously States since 1896 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since Court that said applicant arrived in the United States of America before attaining to thodge of eighteen years and that he has continued may 1896 ; may it also appearing to this to reside therein thence hitherto-and he now here on oath declares that for two years last past, it has been and now is bona fide his intention to become a citizen of the United States and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to every Foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereiguty whatsoever, etc. Applicant further deposes and says : that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled An Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
