Genge n Remuch State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a fatal clah being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at 140 letter Street, in best Haven personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said' United States, and has known him that he is past 9 years that his occupation is that of mechance Street, in new Haven that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the and that he resides at No. 194 Lension forthe under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since august 1895 and continuously within and limits State of Connecticut since august 1895 and that during the said time of his residence within the the States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution United United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. D. 886 and that he now resides at No. 194 Dension that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years that he has resided continuously within the United States since Octolu Street, in the city J new Haren 1886 and continuously within the State of Connectient since better 1886 ; it also appearing to this Court that said applicant arrived in the United States of America before attaining to the age of eighteen years and that he has continued to reside therein thence hitherto-and he now here on oath declares that for two years last past, it has been and now is bona fide hie intention to become a citizen of the United States and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to every Foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatsoever, etc. Applicant further deposes and says : that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled An Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
