Birgin Ross Street, in new Haven State of being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at 30 Grace Connectieut, and is by occupation a mechanic personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known that he ia past 9 years : that his occupation is that of look knows funder that the and that he resides at No. 47avon him forthe Street, in new Haven that he personally applicant has resided continuously within the limits under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since Recember State States and within the State, by has Jas a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the the United of Connecticut since January behaved 1896 and that during the said time of his residence within the 1895, and continuously within and United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. John of E the Demander United States of being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the above-named applicant for admission as a citizen America ; that he was born in Surden on the 17 day of april Alar york in the State of new york in the year one thousand eight hundred and seventy englyt , and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of on or about the 3 day of Octber A. D. 1695 and that he now resides at No. 47 aroun Street, in the City of new Haren that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years ; that he has resided continuously within the United States since October T95 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since January to $96 ; it also appearing to this Court that said applicant arrived in the United States of America before the age of eighteen years and that he has continued to reside therein thence hitherto-and he now here on oath declares that for two years last past, it has been and now is bona fide his intention to become a eitizen of the United States and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to every Foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatsoever, etc. Applicant further deposes and says : that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisious of the Act of Congress entitled An Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
