Downly being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at Street, in Malluggad State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a mechance that he is personally acquainted withlthe above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past 14 years ; that his occupation is that of mechane and that he resides at No. Street, in walkingford * that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since august 890 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since aujust 1890 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the gov- ernment of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled An Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Edward O'Donnell being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the above-named applicant for admission as a citizen of the United States of America ; that he was born in Ireland on the 27 day of august in the year one thousand eight hundred and englity one , and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of chair A. york in the State of new you on or about the 27 D. 890 and that he now resides at No. day of august that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years that he has resided continuously within the United States sind Street, in the Tom of uallingfond 1890 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since august august 1890 ; it also appearing to this Court that said applicant arrived in the United States of America before attaining to the age of eighteen years and that he has continued to reside therein thence hitherto-and he now here on oath declares that for two years last past, it has been and now is bona fide his intention to become a citizen, of the United States and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to every Foreign Prince, Potentate, Stateand Sovereignty whatsoever, etc. Applicant further deposes and says : that he does not disbelieve in noris he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled An Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. IN THE MATTER OF APPLICATION of Edward O' Damell To be admitted a Citizen of the United States of America. The above-named applicant having applied to be admitted a Citizen of the United States pursuant to the directions of the Act of Acts Congress of the United States, entitled An Act to Establish an Uniform Rule of Naturalization," etc., passed April 14, 1802, and the of subsequently passed on that subject, and to the directions of the Act of Congress entitled " An Act to Regulate the Immigration and Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903, and appearing personally in Court, producing such evidence and affidavits that the said affidavits of the applicant and his witness were duly made and recorded, it making such declarations and renunciations, and taking such oaths as are by the said Acts required, and it appearing to the Court is Ordexed by the said Court that the said applicant be admitted to be a Citizen of the United States of America.
