D. 190 4 APPLICATION OF BY OCOUPATION A lataer To BE ADMITTED A CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at 337 East Street, in State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a latner that he is personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admisation to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the 10 years that his occupation is that of laforer past newHaren that he personally knowgythat the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and and that he resides at No. 337 East Street, in under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since State of Connecticut since September 894 and that during the said time 1894 of his residence within the United September and continuously within the States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the gov- ernment of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled 'An Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Sworn to beforg me this 27 day of October Eding I Richett , 1904 asst CLERK. michele Jannotte WITNESS. being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the above-named applicant for admission as a citizen of the United States of America ; that he was born in Italy on the 12 day of april in the year one thgusand eight hundred and eventy name , and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of char york in the State of newy on or about the 26 day of September A. that D. he has arrived at that the now of resides at No. Street, in the City of neipharen September 1944, and he 337 East age twenty-one years ; that he has resided continuously within the United 194 and continuously within the State of Connectient since Seftember 1894 ; it also appearing to this Court that said applicant arrived in the United States of America before attaining to the age of eighteen years and that he has continued to reside therein thence hitherto-and he now here on oath declares that for two years last past, it has been and now is bona fide his intention to become a citizen of the United States and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to every Foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatsoever, etc. Applicant further deposes and says : that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled " An Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. The above-named applicant having applied to be admitted a Citizen of the United States pursuant to the directions of the Act of Congress of the United States, entitled An Act to Establish an Uniform Rule of Naturalization," etc., passed April 14, 1802, and the of Acts subsequently passed on that subject, and to the directions of the Act of Congress entitled " An Act to Regulate the Immigration Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903, and appearing personally in Court, producing such evidence and affidavits and making such declarations and renunciations, and taking such oaths as are by the said Acts required, and it appearing to the Court that the said affidavits of the applicant and his witness were duly made and recorded, it is Ordered by the said Court that the said applicant be admitted to be a Citizen of the United States of America.
