Dear Sir:
Please inform this Office of the present status
of the case referred to below in which a report was
requested. If final report cannot be submitted at
this time, please state the approximate date upon
which it will probably reach this Office.
Please refer to Form 35-L, November 22, 1933,
above file, advising that this Office is in receipt
of a certified copy of an order made by the U. S.
District Court for the District of Connecticut, Hart-
ford, Conn., on October 18, 1933, canceling the der-
tificate of citizenship of Michele Iannotte which was
granted to him on October 27, 1904, by your court. It
was requested that the record of naturalization in this
case be marked "Canceled", the Form 35-L properly executed,
the seal of your court affixed thereto and the form re-
turned to this Office as a compliance with the third para-
graph of Section 15 of the Naturalization Act of June 29,
1906. The form has not as yet been received in this Uffice.
