If final report cannot be submitted at this time, please state the approximate date upon which it will probably reach this Office. Please refer to Form 35-L, November 22, 1933, above file, advising that this Office is in receipt of a certified copy of an order made by the U. S. District Court for the District of Connecticut, Hart- ford, Conn., on October 18, 1933, canceling the der- tificate of citizenship of Michele Iannotte which was granted to him on October 27, 1904, by your court. It was requested that the record of naturalization in this case be marked "Canceled", the Form 35-L properly executed, the seal of your court affixed thereto and the form re- turned to this Office as a compliance with the third para- graph of Section 15 of the Naturalization Act of June 29, 1906. Congress Acts of the United States, entitled " An Act to Establish an Uniform Rule of Naturalization," etc., passed April 14, 1802, and the of of Aliens subsequently passed on that subject, and to the directions of the Act of Congress entitled " An Act to Regulate the Immigration and into the United States," approved March 3, 1903, and appearing personally in Court, producing such evidence and affidavits that making the such declarations and renunciations, and taking such oaths as are by the said Acts required, and it appearing to the Court said affidavits of the applicant and his witness were duly made and recorded, it is Ordexed by the said Court that the said applicant be admitted to be a Citizen of the United States of America.
