John Koviteh being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at Street, in deymour State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a merchant that he is personally acquaintéa with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for past 11 pears : occupation is that of latner that his and that he resides at No. the Street, in Saymour that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits under the jurisdicti8n of the United States of America since april and State of Connecticut since april 1893 and that during the said time of his residence within the United 1893 and continuously within the States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. D. 1892 and that he now resides at No. that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years ; that he has resided continuously within the United States since notrember Street, in the Form of Seymon ; 1892 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since November 892 it also appearing to this Court that said applicant arrived in the United States of America before attaining to the age of eighteen years and that he has continued to reside therein thence hitherto-and he now here on oath declares that for two years last past, it has been and now is bona fide his intention to become a citizen of the United States and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to every Foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatsoever, etc. Applicant further deposes and says : that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled An Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
