being duly sworn, say that he
well acquainted with the
above named applicant, and that the said applicant has resided
within the United Ptates for the continuous term of sever
years immediately preceding the / 7 day of adotic 1884
and in the State of Connecticut for the term of seem years
immediately preceding the (7 day of belots 18 sy
and that during that time he behaved as a man of good moral
character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United
Ptates, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the
same.
And the said deponent further say , that the said applicant
came to the United States whild he was a minor, under the age of
18 years, and that he is now more can 21 years of age.
