of Priston
in then County of New London,
but late of the
Kingdom in and for of. said Empire County of New of London, Femaning at Vorwich,
appeared before the Superior Court
in said County, on the

The said Court being a Court of Record, having Common Law Jurisdiction and a Clerk and Seal,
and declared on Oath that it was bona fide his intention to become a Citizen of the United States, and
to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to every Foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty
whatever,
and particularly to the Government of. transpures of Gundry
Webster Park,
Clerk.
