being duly swoinn, say that he
well acquainted with the above named
applicant, and that the said applicant has resided within the United States for the
continuous term of

years immediately preceding the 22 day of

and that during that time he has behaved as a man of good moral character,
attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and well dis-
