MEMORANDUM
Ellis of Secret Service called to say that
Communists have begun to move into
the Till case, A Chicago Negro Com-
munist leader, by the name of "Lightfoot"
will head a delegation soon to visit
Washington in protest. He has been
previously listed for participation in the
Communist cases of Willie McGee, the
Rosenbergs, etc.
