Dear General Eisenhower,
I recently heard a lecture given by Dr. Frank E. Stranges concern-
the existence of Unidentified Flying Objects and their occupants. He
claims that beings of extra-terrestrial origin are "in residence in
the Pentagon and also at various military bases. He further claims to
have been an advisor in the above matters under you when you were
President, and also under Presidents Kennedy and Johnson. As such,
he said that you had spoken with extra-terrestrial being (s) and were
aware of the general situation.
Dr. Stranges claimed that if you were questioned on this matter,
you would admit that you had spoken with such beings.
Is this, or any part of it true? If so, I would greatly appreciate
some reply from you.
I realize that you are a busy man, and that it is a bit presumptuous
of me to ask this of you, but I could think of no other way to check this
part of his assertions.
