The dinner will be in the garden and will be similar to the one you attended about a year ago. The guest list is as follows: George and Betty Graeber Jane and Caspar Weinberger Senator and Mrs. Hugh Scott Senator James Buckley Rep. and Mrs. John Rhodes Rep. and Mrs. Barry Goldwater, Jr. Counsellor and Mrs. Philip Buchen OAS Secretary General Alejandro Orfila Deputy Secretary and Mrs. Robert Ingersoll Mr. and Mrs. Clark MacGregor Mr. and Mrs. Phil Cook (Newsweek) Mrs. Ann Dore, Assistant Director Corporate Public Relations for Union Carbide 2. SEQUENCE 8:10 p.m. You and Mrs. Ford board motorcade on South Grounds, and depart en route Graeber residence. 8:20 p.m. Arrive Graeber Residence where you will be met by George and Betty Graeber and escorted to the living room where you informally greet guests. OFFICIAL PHOTO COVERAGE 8:40 p.m. You and the other dinner guests proceed to garden patio and are seated.
