Kent County Republican Finance Committee
We have examined the statement of assets and liabilities
of Kent County Republican Finance Committee and Fifth District
Republican Committee as of December 31, 1972, 1971, 1970 and
1969, and the related statements of cash receipts and disburse-
ments for the years then ended. Our examination was made in
accordance with generally accepted auditing standards, and accord-
ingly included such tests of the accounting records and such other
auditing procedures as we considered necessary in the circumstances.
In our opinion, the financial statements mentioned
present fairly the assets and liabilities of Kent County Republi-
can Finance Committee and Fifth District Republican Committee at
December 31, 1972, 1971, 1970 and 1969, arising from cash tran-
sactions, and the revenues collected and expenditures made by
them during the years then ended, on a consistent basis.

Kent County Republican Finance Committee
We have examined the balance sheets of Kent County
Republican Finance Committee and Fifth District Republican Commit-
tee as of December 31, 1965 and 1966, and the related statements
of cash receipts and disbursements for the years then ended. Our
examination was made in accordance with generally accepted audit-
ing standards, and accordingly included such tests of the accounting
records and such other auditing procedures as we considered neces-
sary in the circumstances.
In our opinion, the statements mentioned present fairly
the financial position of Kent County Republican Finance Committee
and Fifth District Republican Committee at December 31, 1965 and
1966, and the recorded cash receipts and disbursements for the years
then ended, in conformity with generally accepted accounting princi-
ples.
