The 1,700 members of Future Homemakers of America from
local and state chapters across the nation are meeting
at the Washington Hilton for their National Convention
They will all tour the White House at this time. Your
photo, taken at the beginning of their tour, will be
with:
30 incoming and outgoing national officers
52 state presidents
12 staff members
SEQUENCE:
1:30 p.m.
When the group has arrived, Susan Porter will escort
you to South Portico steps for photo.
1:40 p.m.
Return to family quarters; group will continue on their
tour.
NOTE:
-No remarks necessary. You might want simply to tell
them informally you are glad they are here, and you
hope they are enjoying their visit to Washington and
to the White House.
-No press. White House photographer only.
The photos will be used for the FHA local and national
publications.
