NOTICE TO THE PRESS
The President has signed H.R. 6477 - Relief of Lucille de Saint Andre
which grants a visa and permanent residence to the beneficiary by
waiving the provision of the Immigration and Nationality Act which
excludes aliens who have been convicted of a crime involving moral
turpitude.
The beneficiary of H.R. 6477 is a 53 year-old native of Germany and
citizen of Canada, presently residing with her mother, a U.S. citizen,
in New York City.
