THE WHITE HOUSE
EXECUTIVE ORDER
DELEGATION OF CERTAIN REPORTING FUNCTIONS
UNDER THE FOREIGN ASSISTANCE ACT TO THE
SECRETARY OF THE TREASURY
By virtue of the authority vested in me by the
Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended, and section
301 of title 3 of the United States Code, section 301 (a)
of Part III of Executive Order No. 10973, as amended, is
hereby amended to read as follows:
"(a) The functions conferred upon the President
by subsection (a) (2) and (b) of section 514 of the
Act, by the second sentence of section 612 (a) of
the Act, and by subsections (f) and (g) of section
634 of the Act."
