NOTICE TO THE PRESS
The President today announced his intention to nominate Andrew L.
Steigman, of Bethesda, Maryland, to be Anbassador to the Democratic
Republic of Sao Tome and Principe. This will be in addition to his
responsibilities as Ambassador to the Gabonese Republic which he was
appointed on June 10, 1975.
Ambassador Steigman and his wife, the former Mary Fialka reside in
Libreville, Gabonese Republic.
